Quotation List
This page is dedicated to creating, managing, and tracking sales quotations for customers. This page enables businesses to provide potential customers with price estimates for products or services, helping streamline the sales process and improve customer interactions.
Key Components of the Quotations Page:
- Quotation List: Displays all saved quotations with key details such as date, customer name, quoted items, total amount, and status (e.g., pending, accepted, rejected).
- Quotation Status: Track the status of each quotation to understand whether it’s been accepted, pending, or rejected, helping sales teams prioritize follow-ups.
- Search and Filter: Filter and search quotations by warehouse, date, or keywords, making it easier to locate specific quotations.
- Send and Export: Email quotations directly to customers from the system or export them as PDF files for external sharing or record-keeping.
How to add a Quotation?
- Branch: Select the appropriate branch from the dropdown menu.
- Customer: Select the customer for whom the quotation is being created from the dropdown menu.
- Select Product: Enter the product code and select the corresponding product from the list.
- Order Table: Fill out the details for the order, including the Name, Code/SKU, Batch No, Quantity, Net Unit Price, Discount, Tax, and Subtotal. You can add multiple rows to the order table as needed.
- Order Discount: If there is an order-level discount, enter the discount amount here.
- Shipping Cost: Enter the shipping cost for the order.
- Status: Select the status of the order, which is set to "Pending" by default.
- Attach Document: If you need to attach any supporting documents, click "Choose File" to upload the file.
- Note: Add any additional notes or comments related to the quotation.
- Once you've filled out all the required fields, click the "submit" button at the bottom of the form to generate the new quotation.
