The page is designed to organize and manage product categories within the system. It allows businesses to group products based on type, purpose, or other logical classifications, making inventory organization and product searches more efficient.
Key components of the page include:
- Category List: Displays all created product categories, including the category name, description, and total number of products in each category.
- Create New Category: Allows users to add new categories by entering a name, description, and unique identifier (code) for easy reference.
- Edit or Delete Categories: Click the actions ▼ dropdown to modify details of existing categories or delete categories that are no longer in use.
- Search: Search for specific categories by name.
- Parent-Child Structure: Option to set parent and sub-categories, enabling more detailed categorization for easier product navigation.
- Category Image: Add an optional image to each category to help visually identify it in the product catalog.
- Import: Upload the .csv file with the categories you want to import
- Export Data: Export category data for reporting or integrating with other systems.
All Products
The page provides a comprehensive view of all products available within the system. It allows businesses to manage, track, and update product details in one centralized location, supporting efficient inventory and sales management.
Key components of the page include:
- Product List: Displays all products with essential details such as product name, SKU/code, category, quantity in stock, price, and status (active/inactive).
- Search: Search for products by name, code to find specific products quickly.
- Stock Level Indicators: Shows current inventory levels for each product, with alerts for low or out-of-stock items to assist in restocking decisions.
- Edit or Delete Products: Modify details of existing products or remove products that are discontinued.
- Import/Export Data: Import products from an external file or export product data for reporting, analysis, or integration with other systems.
How to add a Product?
- Type:
- Standard: Select this for general products
- Combo: Select this option when combining 2 or more existing products from your store.
- Digital: Select this type for products that are not linked with
- Service:
- Name: Enter the name of the product.
- Code / SKU: Create a unique code or select the 🔄 icon to generate a unique code.
- HS Code: This is a standardized number used globally to classify traded products for customs and tariffs.(you can pick any related code, no need to be precise)
- Barcode Symbology: Select the type of barcode you want to use.
- Brand: Select or add an associated Brand from the ones you have added in your store.
- Category: Select or add an associated Category from the ones you have added in your store.
- Unit: Select the unit for your product.
- Sale Unit: Select the unit of measurement when selling your product.
- Purchase Unit: Select the unit of measurement used when buying your product.
- Buying Price: Enter the purchasing price for your product.
- Selling Price: Enter the selling price to be charged for your product.
- Wholesale Price: Enter the selling price to be charged for your product when selling at a wholesale price.
- Daily Sale Objective: Enter the minimum quantity which must be sold within a day
- Low Stock Alert: Enables you to receive notifications when your stock is running low for this product
- Tax: Set the amount of tax to be charged for the product.
- Tax Method: Select from the dropdown whether the product includes (Inclusive) or does not include (Exclusive) tax.
- Product Image: Upload the images to be shown when selecting this product at the front POS.
- Description: Enter the relevant description for your product.
- This product has different prices for different warehouses: Use this option if your product has different selling prices for each warehouse
- This product has IMEI or Serial numbers: Select option if you have to track those numbers for your product.
- Add Promotional Price: Select option if the product is currently on promotion and enter the additional information that will be shown during the promotion period.
How to import products?
- Upload the .csv file with the categories you want to import using the provided standard.
- Download the sample file with the list of categories you want to import.
- Search: Enter the details for searching products from your store.
Print barcode

In order to print a barcode:
- Search and select your product using the search bar by using the relevant key terms.
- Confirm if the products added are correct with what you want.
- Select the paper size for the barcode you would like to print.
- Select ‘Submit’ to print the barcode.
Adjustments
The page is designed to manage and track inventory adjustments, providing businesses with a way to modify stock levels manually in response to events like damages, miscounts, or returns. It ensures accurate inventory records by logging each change.
Key components of the page include:
- Adjustment List: Displays all recorded adjustments with details like adjustment date, product name, quantity added or subtracted, reason, and associated warehouse.
- Search: Search for specific adjustments by product, warehouse, or reason for quick access to specific records.
- Adjustment Types: Options to classify adjustments as positive or negative to indicate inventory additions (e.g., found stock) or subtractions (e.g., damages).
- Stock Levels Update: Automatically updates inventory levels in real-time based on adjustments, ensuring accurate stock counts across the system.
- Export Data: Export adjustment data for reporting, analysis, or inventory audits.
How to add Adjustments?
In order to do any adjustments:
- Select the warehouse you would like to make changes.
- Upload any relevant documents to be shown related to this action. (optional)
- Search the products you would like to make stock changes.
- Confirm the right products have been added on the table.
- Make the relevant changes and be sure to select the action, either Addition or Subtraction.
- Add any Notes you would like to remember yourself or let other members know.
- Click ‘Submit’ button.
Note* Stock adjustments using this option will not be able to link to any supplier and will be treated independently.
Stock Count
This page is dedicated to tracking and managing our company's inventory through regular stock counts. A stock count, also known as inventory counting or stocktaking, is a crucial process for maintaining accurate records of our available products and materials.
Key components of this stock count page include:
- Current inventory levels for each warehouse
- Date of the last stock count
- Discrepancies between recorded and actual stock
- Action items for resolving inventory issues
How to do Stock Count?
- Click the ‘+ Stock Count’ button .
- Select the warehouse you want to do a stock count.
- Select the type of stock count.
- Full - this includes all categories and brands in one click.
- Partial - targeted stock count for brands or categories in your warehouse.
- Click ‘Submit’ button
