Income Category
The page is designed to organize and track different types of business income. It allows you to categorize income sources for better financial management and reporting.
Key components of the page include:
- Category List: Displays all created income categories (e.g., service revenue, rental income).
- Create New Category: Add new income categories by assigning a name and generating a unique code.
- Edit or Delete Categories: Modify existing categories or remove unused ones by clicking action button.
- Search: Search for specific categories by name.
- Export Data: Export category data for reporting and analysis of the full list.
Income List
This page is where you track and manage other financial inflows of your business. It serves as a centralized hub for recording, reviewing, and analyzing income transactions, helping you maintain financial oversight.
Key components include:
- Income List: Displays all recorded income transactions with details such as date, category, amount, reference number etc.,
- Filter and Search: Filter income by warehouse, date, or search using specific keywords.
- Export Data: Export all income data for reporting and analysis.
You can customize the number of visible columns by clicking the dropdown option at the top-right of the page.
How to add an Income?
- Select the date when the income occurred.
- Choose the appropriate category from the ones you added in the system.
- Select warehouse.
- Enter the income amount.
- Select the account which received the income.
- Enter some notes or remarks for this expense.
- Select ‘Submit’ button to save.
