Account List
This page is designed to manage and track all financial accounts associated with the business.
Key components of the page include:
- Account List: Displays all active financial accounts along with their current balances.
- Default: Click the switcher option to set your default account for the system.
- Add New Account: Create new accounts by providing details such as:
- Account name
- Account number
- Initial balance.
- Relevant notes for this account.
- Edit or Delete Accounts: Update account details or remove inactive accounts from the system.
- Search: Easily search for specific accounts.
- Export Data: Export account information and transaction history for reporting and analysis.
Money Transfer
This page is where you track and manage other financial inflows of your business. It serves as a centralized hub for recording, reviewing, and analyzing income transactions, helping you maintain financial oversight.
How to add a Transfer?
To create a new transfer, follow these steps:
- Select the account from which the money is being transferred from the "From Account" dropdown menu.
- Select the account to which the money is being transferred from the "To Account" dropdown menu.
- Enter the amount of money being transferred into the "Amount" field.
- Click on the "submit" button to complete the money transfer.
Balance Sheet
The balance sheet provides information on the company's financial health and helps users understand the company's financial status at a given point in time.
Key components:
- Table list: The table lists the names of the accounts, their account numbers, credits, debits, and balances.
- Search: Easily search for specific accounts.
- Export Data: Export account information and transaction history for reporting and analysis.
Account Statement
The Account Statement page allows users to generate a report showing all transactions related to a specific account within a chosen date range. The report includes details such as Date, Reference No, Related Transaction, Credit, Debit, and Balance.
How to get an account statement?
- Select the desired account from the dropdown menu labeled "Account".
- Choose the type of transaction:
- All: Both Credit and Debit transactions.
- Credit: Only credit transactions will be shown e.g Sales etc.,
- Debit: Only debit transactions will be shown e.g Purchases etc.,
- Specify the date range using the "Choose Your Date" input fields.
- Click the "submit" button to generate the account statement report.
